DMCA POLICY

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Wuust respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (e.g., the URL of the specific page).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Please submit your notice to our DMCA Agent using the contact information listed at the bottom of this page.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to use the content in question, you may send a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or in the State of Virginia if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent the restoration.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Wuust does not tolerate repeated infringement of intellectual property rights. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate, at our sole discretion, the account or access of any user who is deemed to be a repeat infringer. We will also remove content associated with repeat infringers.

4. Disclaimer

Wuust is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties. Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are unsure whether material on our website infringes your copyright, we recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
