RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wuust, customer satisfaction is our cornerstone. We offer an industry-leading return window to ensure you have the best shopping experience and feel confident in every purchase.

1. Return Window

  • You have 120 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • If 120 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Items with signs of wear, stains (including makeup or deodorant), alterations, or odors will not be accepted.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender without a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., “Change of mind,” “Doesn’t fit,” “Ordered by mistake”), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error — including a defective product, wrong item sent, or item significantly different from its description — Wuust will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated costs.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@wuust.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. For defective or wrong items, please attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions or a prepaid label (if applicable).
  3. Ship your return to our official address: 998 Hylton Rd NW, Indian Valley, VA 24105-3170, United States.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it via a trackable shipping service. Wuust is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take full responsibility for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of both the item and the packaging and contact us at support@wuust.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and cover all return shipping costs.
  • Defective Item: If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the 120-day return window, contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a full replacement or refund.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order was lost during transit or never arrived, we will work directly with you to resolve the issue:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at support@wuust.com. We will open an official investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, Wuust will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors and around your delivery location, then contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will file a carrier investigation and assist in resolving the situation.
  • Please note that Wuust is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently reported missing due to theft or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method of Refund: If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or JCB).
  • Timeframe: Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, items returned with missing tags, signs of light use, or items not in their original condition due to circumstances not caused by Wuust.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal balance again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary.
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@wuust.com and we will investigate immediately.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned more than 120 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Items with visible signs of wear, stains, or odors.
