SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Wuust. We are committed to delivering your fashion pieces in the shortest time possible while ensuring the highest level of care.

1. Shipping Destination

Wuust ships exclusively within the United States (domestic only). We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed.

2. Shipping Rates

We maintain a simple, transparent flat-rate shipping policy:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD per order — applied to all orders regardless of order size or value.
  • No Free Shipping: We do not currently offer free shipping promotions. The $6.99 flat rate is the only shipping option available.
  • No Hidden Fees: There are no additional handling fees or surprise charges added after checkout. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday or during Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (Holidays, Black Friday), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We strive to maintain our 1-day standard at all times.

4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2 – 7 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 8 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).
  • Remote Locations: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer — up to 10–14 business days.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

5. Taxes

All applicable taxes are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges added after you complete your order.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliability, we partner with the most trusted carriers in the US. The specific carrier is automatically assigned based on delivery address and package weight to ensure the fastest transit:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after shipment.

8. Change of Address & Cancellations

  • Address Change: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@wuust.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the destination.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already entered the shipping phase, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Upon Arrival:

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately at support@wuust.com.
  • If you have already accepted the package, take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost in Transit:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@wuust.com. We will open an official investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Wuust will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
  • Contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will file a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue. We recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent package theft.
  • Please note that Wuust is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently reported as missing due to theft or circumstances outside our control.
