1. SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Wuust. We are committed to delivering your fashion pieces in the shortest time possible while ensuring the highest level of care.

1.1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday or during Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • During peak seasons (Holidays, Black Friday), processing may take an additional 1-2 days, but we strive to maintain our 1-day standard.

1.2. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States. Your estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2 – 7 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: 3 – 8 business days (Handling + Transit).

1.3. Shipping Rates

We maintain a transparent and flat-rate shipping policy:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD per order.
  • There are no hidden handling fees or taxes added at the shipping stage unless clearly stated at checkout.

1.4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliability, we partner with the most trusted carriers in the US:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx The specific carrier is automatically assigned based on the delivery address and package weight to ensure the fastest transit.

1.5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

1.6. Change of Address & Cancellations

  • Address Change: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@wuust.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed/shipped, we cannot change the destination.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already entered the shipping phase, you must follow our Return Policy after the package arrives.

1.7. Items Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit

If you find that your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our support team. If the package was lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that Wuust is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing by the customer.
